Custom Adventure Travel tours to Nepal, Tibet and Bhutan

Most of our trips are customized and booked by groups of friends with similar interest. However, due to frequent requests we have designed a few trips that may be joined by individuals or small groups. Some of these trips are set departues (ie. We set a date and find people to join the trip) Others are small private groups that are happy to have others join their customized journey.

My wife Sharyn and I are teaming up with old friends from Nepal and around the globe to run our favourite Himalayan river expedition: The Tamur. Fed by the snows of Kanchenjunga, the spectacular Tamur combines an exhilarating river expedition with one of the best short treks in the Himalayas. This trip is not a commercial venture for us – its about getting back to our roots of exploring Himalayan rivers with good friends, running big rapids and relaxing by the riverside. This is a fixed departure that anyone can join. Rafters and kayakers are welcome!

Mera Peak: The classic Nepal Himalayan climbing expedition

Mera Peak (6,654m) is located adjacent to the Hinku valley, just 12 kilometers from the mighty Everest massif. The peak has three main summits (we climb the central one) and the long ridge leading from the Mera La pass to the summit makes this peak ideal for those wishing to join their first Himalayan climbing expedition. We also offer an alternative finish over the wild & remote Amphu Pass.

East Tibet Kayaking Expedition: Tibet 2010

Next spring, migrate upstream with expedition kayaking gurus Willie Kern and Jed Weingarten to the roof of the world. Boating is one of the best ways to see these beautiful parts of eastern Tibet. Willie and Jed will lead you down tributaries of the famous Tsangpo and explore rarely paddled and remote rivers.
